Levent villa is a private corporate social club as a place ot host guests and employee social activities.
The guest house is situated in the Levent neighborhood’ss protected ‘new town’ planning of Istanbul’s urban modernist movement and know for its small parks and commissioned public art for residential entries.
.The architectural design celebrates the neighborhood spirit from the exterior, while the interior explores the vertical spatial qualities of the new program’s central volume.
